<p>I have revised my design wherein the polygon is constructed. I did this so that I could divide the curves and increase the beam base curves. So far so good. Now I want to "extrude along a curve" but I am not sure how to attach my geometry to the base vertices (the plane). Can you give me a tip?</p>

<p>Yes, I read the Wiki entry but I cannot see the advantage in terms of design of radian over degree. It seems to me degrees produces symmetry. No need to take up more of your time with this thread. I will do some research myself.</p>
