Can't Use Lofted Form

I attempted to create a model similar to "aqua tower". To do so, I created few organic  shapes as cross section, then moved these shapes to different heights to loft. But I can't

 use the loft object despite I can see it on the viewport. For instance, i cant bake it or i can't slice it (brep|plane) with planes. Maybe I did something wrong?
