BUG: Slider=0.1

I've just noticed a slight bug it would appear that when you use the Initialisation string "Slider=0.1"

You get the following situation:

Where the slider is set to value 0.1 Max 0.1 graphically but in the settings panel it has a max value of 1.0.

There must be something specific about this case as all the other rule of 10s for max values work eg. 0.01, 1, 10, 100 etc all work fine but 0.1 doesn't
