Bug Report: Problem with Project Point

Using ProjectPoint to project onto an Arc when the points are derived by dividing a Line which is also a chord of the Arc causes an internal error in Project Point. Moving the line slightly so arc and line end-points aren't coincident seems to fix it, but it feels like a bug. The attached file describes and illustrates the problem.
