bake... layers as a permanent attribute

Grasshopper in rhino 6WIP.  Can the Layer selection in Bake be made permanent? and could that selection also be propagated to copied or mirrored geometry? If the Rhino model has no layers or needs new ones can they be created in the bake process? and finally, is there a way to mark geometry for baking and then do it all at once?

This is a very basic use of grasshopper but it has real world utility. As a furniture maker there are some pieces I make which are basically the same but overall and component sizes can vary.  It would be really handy to be able to permanently assign layers to geometry (geometry to layers?) that will be baked, and have some sort of global bake switch to bake all geometry so marked.

you can easily do this sort of thing with a plug-in like Human or Elefront.

Elefront Lite crashed grasshopper in Rhino 6WIP. Does Human work with the latest and (becoming) greatest grasshopper?
