DESCRIPTION:Within the context of DESIGN by DATA Advanced Master by Ă
 ‰cole des Ponts Paris Tech opening next week in Paris, we are honoure
 d to announce one of the most prestigious events of our DESIGN by DATA
  OFF program : The Shadows ROOM / workshop by the androgynous New
 -Territories (with François Roche as his-her personal secretary) atÂ
  FRAC Orleans.\n\nDuring the workshop the students will work closely w
 ith the avatar and his collaborators (including F. Roche) and his coll
 aborators to create the installation called “The shadows ROOM” tha
 t will be exhibited at Frac Orléans by November 9th.\n“The shadows 
 ROOM”is a structure in which morphology is defined by the process w
 ithout being previously designed.\nWorking with 3 tons of polyester fi
 bers, the working group will design a morphology process using robots 
 and kinects with complex process of scanning position in order to make
  the structure emerge from the raw material.\nThe experience will enga
 ge both artistic and structural skills and students will be encouraged
  to acquire an integrated approach of geometry and shapes, blurring th
 e traditional boundary between design and construction.\nStudents will
