DESCRIPTION:Hi,I hope you don't mind a bit of shameless advertising fo
 r a workshop coming up soon at a conference many of you probably will 
 be joining.We are developing an open-source framework for designing, a
 nalysing and assessing sustainable performance of buildings and struct
 ures, called sustainability-open. Yes, open-source: that means everyb
 ody can use it as much as they want. We hope that this will give desig
 ners and engineers to make more sustainable buildings and structures i
 n the future. And you can take a look at our code - to learn or improv
 e it if you like! The framework is still in early stage and doesn't d
 o a lot yet at the moment, so this is your chance to become an early-a
 dopter.(By the way, very soon new components will come out that will e
 arly let you do more.)\nThe framework is linked to Grasshopper and Rhi
 no - as soon as we have a little bit more, we will add some links on t
 his site too.\nAt the Design Modelling Symposium Berlin (September 28 
 - October 3)we will host a workshop over the weekend which will show y
 ou everything about the framework and its components, our future plans
 , etc. We will also teach you how to develop your own components. Not
  everything will be purely related to the framework as we will be doin
 g a lot of .net development related to Rhino/Grasshopper and other par
