DESCRIPTION:WORKSHOP\nWhite Lioness technologies is hosting a two-day
  interactive workshop on multi-disciplinary design optimisation (MDO)
  during the IASS2015 workshops in Amsterdam in the weekend of 15-16 A
 ugust 2015. You will have the opportunity to play with an experiment
 al large scale distributed framework we have been busy with over the l
 ast few months called 'Stampede'. You will get knowledge on MDO and p
 arametric design, meet some of the developers of the framework, hands
 -on experience and investigate the gained results in an experimental a
 tmosphere. You will be working with Rhino and Grasshopper during the w
 orkshop.\n\n\nPROGRAMME\nThe workshop will start with an introduction 
 on Stampede and the different technologies involved, such as cloud com
 puting, parametric modelling and multi-disciplinary design optimisatio
 n. After the presentations, we will discuss an example use case, ge
 t to work with and gain some hands-on experience by applying your new
 ly gained knowledge to design your own multi-disciplinary design optim
 isation model and investigate its behaviour.\n\nREGISTRATION\nExcited?
  The IASS conference organisation lowered the price of the two-day wor
 kshop from € 250,- to € 150,-. You can register here via the IASS
 2015 website. The workshop is also available for people who did not re
 gister for the IASS2015 Symposium. There is also a rumour around that
