 ls remain the same.\n\nAlthough Grasshopper is a powerful tool designe
 d to allow non-coders access to programming-like capabilities, being a
 ble to programm allows for new possibilities along with added power an
 d flexibility. Combine the power of Code with the accessibility of Gra
 sshopper and the possibilites for exploration become even greater. Gra
 sshopper|DotNet scripting training focuses specifically on the scripti
 ng capabilities and challenges of using Rhino’s DotNET SDK, as well 
 as the DotNET framework within Grasshopper. Trainees will be given the
  tools to understand how to approach coding with Rhino’s DotNET SDK 
 and perform a variety of tasks which will be the building blocks for G
 rasshopper scripts.\n\nTopics for the training will include the genera
 l structure of the Rhino DotNET SDK, Object Oriented Programming, the 
 Grasshopper scripting environment, data trees, as well as creating, ma
 nipulating, and evaluating points, curves, surfaces, and B-Reps.\n\nTh
 e training is aimed at people with some experience writing code who ar
 e looking to try and begin scripting within Grasshopper. Although the 
 course does presume some previous coding experience, it does not assum
 e a specific language or application, and syntax issues will be covere
 d.\n\nTraining will be given in VB.NET, although training material wil
 l have both VB.NET and C# examples. Trainees interested in coding in C
 # are encouraged to register.\n\nTrainees are required to bring their 
 own laptops with Rhino and Grasshopper installed. Installing Visual St
 udio Express is recommended. Arrangements can be made for Trainees wit
 hout laptops at an additional cost. Space is limited to 10 trainees.\n
