 ege of Technology CUNY event, CATALYSTS: Case Studies in Computationa
 l Techniques.\nCATALYSTS is a one-day “Computational SLAM!” on th
 e topic of digital tools and techniques and their subsequent applicati
 on within architectural design and its related fields. In a fast-paced
  and hands-on lab environment, the event will consist of six back-to-b
 ack one-hour SLAM! workshops (i.e. “Pecha Kucha” meets Live-Codin
 g) in the presenter’s chosen application/tool. This event is intend
 ed to serve as a catalyst for dialogue preceding a second symposium t
 o be held at NYCCT in late May, Connecting the Future: Building Inter
 disciplinary Pedagogy | Building Integrated Practice, on the topic of 
 leading edge technology and design, and the interdisciplinary collabor
 ations that facilitate the implementation of digital ideals into reali
