algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Added a collection of standard crystal shapes as embedded resources into grasshopper 2.0

Slider now support named presets for specific values, but no snapping to those presets yet.

@mark, I didn't really want to use the correct names as I just drew the shapes by hand without any regard for exact angles or ratios. I worry using specific scientific labels would imply a level of accuracy that doesn't in fact exist.

Nice. Not sure if anyone else other than myself will even care, but FYI, the standard crystal shapes in the mineral world, after Dana, are cubic, orthorhombic, hexagonal, trigonal, tetragonal, Monoclinic, triclinic and icosahedral. All other naturally occurring crystal shapes are derived by various modifications of these 7 systems. IMO, using these as the micro basis for designs can lead to natural looking macro designs.
