Cap Between Meshes

Hello there !! Does anyone know how to cap the gap between two isomeshes, something like sweep to 2 rail. I have a min-max treshold to build two isomeshes. The Iso Mesh component let you cap one iso mesh at the time.

Another question along the same lines, is there a way to cap the isomesh in both directions?. By this I mean to cap from 0 to X and from X to 1. (X = threshold value)
