Perform Loft between quadrants

Hey everyone!

I was trying to perform a loft in the following wireframe structure (image) but had no luck.

I would like to create a single loft to then divide in multiple surfaces according to the quadrants so I can extrude each one of them with different heights.

or

I would like to create a loft or a "patch" in each quadrant separatedly so i can end with surfaces and  then perform the operation detailed above (extrusion).

I tried with network surface, surface from points and had no luck

ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIATED

In my opinion, "Loft' is enough for what you want to accomplish.
