algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello everyone!

I've been trying to connect lines from points on two circles. What I would like to do is to connect these points with random lines.I would like to have radom line configurations with all these points. these lines have to start and end with all these point in many random way.

Thank you so much from your help!

Try to use "Jitter".

Hello Hyungsoo Kim,

Thank you for your first advice, it was very helpful. What I am tryng to project is a footbridge, and as you can see, with your first help, I am able to connect my points with random lines but this cannot be real. I need that my random lines that I'm connecting stay "under the bridge". I'm going to try to explain my final goal so probably it would be much easier for you to understand what I need to do. I would like to optmize the best line (puncheon) inclinations with some loads that I will add with Karamba later. I was thinking that I could limit my random line length to, for example 10 meters, so I can restrict my random configurations just with the closest points and so I will optmize my structure with real configurations. Not sure how to figure out this problem. Do you have any idea?

Thank you.

Your curve parameters were empty. You didn't internalise your curves.

Probably curve parameters were empty cause I drew them in rhino and then I set on curve (so I could have the real curve from the project). I'm going to attaching the rhino file as well

thank you

Not sure this is what you want. Anyway check this out.

Thank you very much! Amazing work! What I was tryng to do for my project was also to do not let the lines cut across (intersect each other) and that from each point in my curves could start just one line as random configuration.

Hello Hyungsoo Kim!

I have been trying do not let all the line to intersect each other and tryng to let start just one line from each point as random configuration but I what I have tried it did not work. Sorry again but do you have any suggestion?

Not sure this is of some help to you..

Take a look at the attached.
