part optimization

I have an example of what part optimization might look like.  Starting with a shape made from a defined material, we apply loads to it.  We then optimize it down to the minimal shape necessary to satisfy the requirements.  This is usually done with software from Dassault or Autodesk.  I am wondering if it is possible to optimize parts using Kangaroo.
