Looking for help

Hello: I am a long time user of Solidworks and one of the guys in our studio is adept in Rhino, but, we have a design that just cannot be executed using either program alone. We have a lofted surface that we need to develop a perforated hole pattern in. The pattern we have in mind is quite unique. We would like to have the perimeter and subsequent offsets drive the pattern. I have begun playing with Grasshopper 3d but time is not on our side. Is there someone that would be able to help us out here?
