Mesh Connection Karamba

Hi,

question about Karamba. Is it possible use the command "Nearest Neighbors" to connect 2 or more mesh?  I want to connect laths of a gridshell in their overlapping points and every lath is design with a mesh (in the image you can see what I mean). Is it possibile performe an analysis in this way, or I've to design each lath as a line and then create the model like a "beam model"?
