Problem with voronoi offset

Hi

I have attempted to offset a voronoi pattern which I have placed on faces on of cube. I am trying to offset the voronoi to create a structure but it is not working on all the faces. I attempted trying to split up the faces and offset them individually but that does not work either. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Please find attached my documents with the offset component circled in red.
