algorithmic modeling for Rhino

GALAPAGOS test. GH definition where I was testing to solve (via Galapagos solver) a plan configuration consisted of 3 room areas and 4 doors. There were 12 requirements set for the configuration. Run was stopped and the solver returned 3 options with the highest fitness score.

Hi,

I'm working on my thesis with quite the same topic. It would much appreciate if you could share your definition for the layout solver. My email is ron.aasholm(a)aalto.fi

Best,

Ron

Hello I am trying to develop something similar to what you post in the video. But its getting kind of tricky to solve. I found this website with a definition. I wanna do something very simple just like what  you can see in that link. But the problem is that it doesnt work 100% right.

even the author says so.

here the link

http://www.designcoding.net/packing-objects-with-galapagos/
