Problems with Grasshopper loading

Good morning everyone,

I'm having some trouble loading up grasshopper.

I am running the evaluation version of Rhino 4 on through Parallels on my mac.

It opens fine and is operational, but when i try to open Grasshopper, i get the following message,
"Rhinoceros 4.0 Rhino.NET Error".

Anyone have any insight or suggestions as to how to solve the problem?

Hi Carlos,

neither I nor Steve know what could be going on here. I certainly might be parallels related, but we can't rule anything out.

We added extra checking routines to the startup process of Grasshopper (I hope this file works with the version of Grasshoper you have installed).

Go to your grasshopper installation folder, rename the existing GrasshopperPlugin.rhp into GrasshopperPlugin.rhp_INACTIVE
Put the attached GrasshopperPlugin.rhp in it's place.
Start Rhino and run the Grasshopper command, is there a message box now, and, if so, what does it say?

Hi, I have a similar problem where mine says the following:

Exception occured during processing of command: grasshopper plugin= grasshopper
method not found 'boolean
grasshopper.plugin.commands.rungrasshopperCommand_script()'.

at .....
