Stress Analysis on Massive Mesh

Hi All, I am new with Karamba

Can I get stress analysis on a massive mesh with Karamba?

If yes, what kind of load that I have to input?

I tried to merge all of the polysurfaces into one mesh and input it to Karamba as a shell element. I am not sure what I did was right, because I have not found any example files or tutorials that using a massive mesh instead of surface mesh.

I uploaded my current result.

Hi Fariz,

Karamba 1.2.2 has no volume elements. This means you have to model your structure using the mid-planes and shell elements.

I think the tricky part in your case will be to model the connections between the individual parts - this could be done using beams and springs.

Another approach would be to analyze the structure part by part.
