Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi there! I am new here and with this amazing software.

I am working in rhino on a mesh, and I would like to switch it into a unique surface. This because I need to add a pattern and similar stuff in grasshopper.

I tried to transform the mesh with rhino and tspline, but i have different surfaces and I don't know what to do in grasshopper.

I also tried to set a multiple surface in grasshopper but with no results.

I attached some shots.

thanks for the help!

What do you mean by unique surface? It looks like you have multiple quad meshes...do you want each mesh to be a discrete NURBS surface? If so, it may be fairly straightforward in this case, because it appears that your base mesh is a very regular grid. If the vertices are ordered in columns, and you know the count of vertices along each column, then you can extract the mesh vertices and construct a surface using the Surface From Points component. If your vertices are not well ordered, then it gets quite a bit more complex...

also, just some advice for etiquette on the forum: usually when looking for help, it's best not to use all caps (you're shouting!) and use "HELP" in the subject line. Just state what the problem is as clearly as possible. Also, including images is good, and it's even better to include your working definition, with any Rhino geometry internalized.

thank you for the advice

my goal is to create a pattern like those in the pics for example and put it on my object, but now I got just a mesh object or another one composed by six surfaces.
