Dear Moonbeast

I am afraid not for this particular project - but we are constantly trying to generate new positions so do keep an eye out on our CITA webpage for annoucements.

Best

Is there going to be another call for PhD applicants any time soon?

Dear Omar

Type of background is not an issue. What is of interest to us is that you demonstrate how your experience can be brought to bear upon, provide insight and elucidate the concerns of the project.

The PhD will demand that the candidate is actively engaged in publishing papers, so having experience of this activity will certainly be a benefit, but it is not a prerequisite. You should certainly give the details/provide drafts of your work-in-progress papers.

Hope this answers your questions.

All the best

Phil

Dear Phil/David,
Thank you for posting this. Actually I'm very interested in this potential PhD, as my research interests are quite aligned with the PhD Focus.

However I have a couple of concerns and questions that I wanted to share with you:
1. I'm a practicing design architect, do you think my design/construction background could be a positive factor or otherwise?
2. As I am in an early stage of my research, I don't have publications yet, other than my Masters thesis, but I'm currently working on two papers that are still work-in-progress. Do you see this as an issue?

Many thanks in advance

Regards,
Omar

Hi Etsim. The project is based in English...almost all of CITA's work is intended for international dissemination, so is done that way.

Hello !

very interesting announcement! Is the project held in English or is it for Danish speaking students?
