algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi, I am trying to make a Waffle Script to follow the normals of a certain surface, but they all end up going just on X Y or , is there anyway to edit this script to make it follow a normal?

I am using a Waffle Script which I found here, I fix most of the elements as they were outdated or non working, thought there are 3 items I haven't been able to replace, fix. Any help is appreciate it.

The problems are here circle on red.

Also I wanted to know how to change the script from a Fix world coordinate for the section cuts to a more flexible one which finds the center of the Object and subdivides it to both sides on X and Y equally.

And as for last if it was possible to this in any way to make the Y follow the curve of the object instead of just a Y cut.

Any help is appreciated and also if you could explain the change so I learn and know for the future.

Please either internalise the input geometry or post the 3dm file as well. The file as posted doesn't work because it lacks data.

I have updated the Post with Final Rhino Model, GrassHopper Script as well as a high Res Image for the errors on Gh, any help is appreciated and thanks.
