Random directions ?

I am working with a hexgrid, when trying to offset curves, some are going inward and some outward, why is that ?

By giving points instead of planes, you are giving xy planes. You must specify the plane.

Also I am looking for a way to select and delete the curves (hexagons on the right) that are not fully inside the frame. Is it possible ?

I am not sure if this is the best way to do it but I was able to select the curves I want to delete.

We can't really delete things in grasshopper so how do I exclude those 5 hexagons from the list ?
