Determination of the angles between the grid lines and the normal host of this grid

Hello!

Is it possible to somehow define the nodes between the grid lines converging udnom node and the normal of this site? Need to get this unit and visually pass for further processing in the following procedure.

Hi Gotzman,

I have attached a new GH file, where I have made a small c# script which outputs a data tree with the points connected to each verticy.(I do not know if this would normally be possible without coding).

The datatree is then used to create lines/or vectors, which are then used to get an angle.

I hope it all makes sense, and works the way you wanted.

Hi Gotzman, Jens,

Kangaroo has a VertexNeighbours component:

Hello

There is sandbox too. Nice components for topology.

Hello, dear Jens, Pieter, ng5 Alex!

There is a small clarification question.
Can somehow rounded angles to 2 decimal places?

Thank you very much, ng5 Alex!

this was a quick lunchtime sketch using the VertexNeighbors component.  the shift list boolean to "true" adds an extra dimension on the mesh naked edges, (which is unwanted).  I imagine some culling of degree values could clean them up....

Thank you very much, Chris!
