Updated geodesic dome definition (finally!)

I don't know why it struck me to update this after 5(!) years, but here we are: geodesic%202017.gh

A geodesic dome is a building shaped like a sphere, with no interior supports. The structure is made up of angled struts that fit together at nodes, and the nodes in turn lock into each other to create curved surfaces. Geodesic domes are seen as a symbol of the future because they can be built quickly and cheaply using simple tools and materials. I read about these domes in an article written by "WriteMyEssay". You can find this exceptional essay writing service easily. I would strongly suggest you to hire them.

Hi! do you know how i can change the diameter of the overall sphere, without changing the dimensions of the triangles?
I am trying to use grasshopper to make geodesic spheres varying in sizes, but they all need to have the same triangle dimensions.

thanks!

Thank you!

Could you please advise how to make a geodesic dome by control its diameter and height?

Is it possible to have identical triangles?
