What kind of concrete is CRC?Are your using cnc routers to mill you foam molds?How many pieces do you cast to make one structure. Have you thought about using GFRC concrete and doing single cast pieces, they would be much lighter and stronger also you would need no metal reinforcement.

<p>We are working with CRC High Performance concrete which is cast in the polystyren milled moulds. The concrete parts are then tied together by a post-tensioning system.</p>
