Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,

I need some help. I am still new to grasshopper so facing some difficulty. I have this tube-like shape with intersecting horizontal elements rotating around the shape. I  began by dividing the circles, and interpolating the points (with shifting) to create lines, which then I gave a thickness. I am trying to space out these elements on one of the sides, close to an attractor point. The idea is that these would be like louvers, blocking the sun on one side, (the louvers become more condensed) and opening up on the other to reveal a view. But not that the closer the shap is to the point the more open they are; hence if the point is next to the center of the shape, then the louvers at the ends of the shape would not be too spaced out. Any ideas how I can do this? Any help would be much appreciated.
