Michael Pryor replied to Diego Porr's discussion Splitting problem...maybe a bug in 0.9 version?"I think its a rhino tolerance issue just extend the cutting planes past the surface boundary, this happens sometimes also in rhino when trimming or splitting ect where it will fail unless your a little bit past.
