Erasing a offseted surface

Hello everyone, maybe you can help me with this problem that's making my day. I'm building a tricky glass wall with multiple curvatures, so in order to draw its structure I've offseted the surface in order to get pipes inmediately below the surface which is meant to be the glass itself; i've tried to create the breps on the surface and then move them below, but I get lost with vectors, it's a nightmare.
