SubSurface not working for me

Hello,I was curious if anyone had any ideas why a planar surface component with multiple surfaces within it is not returning a standard subsurface division, per the u,v points. I made a surface in…Continue

Hello,I'm having trouble simply culling boolean values that return a particular true or false result. For example, if I have 8 numbers, 4 of which are greater than 1, I want the list to only return…Continue

Disconnect all components

Is there a way to select one or many components and completely remove all wire connections from them? It would be a nice tool to have when wires get crazy and you feel like reconnecting them and…Continue

Hello,I searched through the discussion board, but haven't found how to select the closest curve to a point. There's mostly closest point explanations, but if I have, for example, the edges of 3…Continue

SubSurface not working for me

Hello,I was curious if anyone had any ideas why a planar surface component with multiple surfaces within it is not returning a standard subsurface division, per the u,v points. I made a surface in rhino and plugged it into the subsurface component and it worked, but the geometry from grasshopper won't follow suit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,AaronSee More

boolean values

Hello,I'm having trouble simply culling boolean values that return a particular true or false result. For example, if I have 8 numbers, 4 of which are greater than 1, I want the list to only return the numbers greater than 1, and exclude the values less than 1. My smaller than component returns both the trues and the falses in both output fields. What am I missing here? Thanks,AaronSee More

Aaron replied to Wesley Alan Harkonen's discussion How do you divide a surface into a grid of smaller surfaces?
"To simply divide a surface into smaller surfaces, you can use IsoTrim (image below). To get them to be constrained to 4'x2' dimensions requires your surface to be a factor of 2' in one direction and 4' in another (I assume). You…"
