Yes, you just reference all the curves which correspond to the vertical elements and the floor envelope and it calculates the rest. I guess you can set up some rules for optimisation in grasshopper but you'll first have to define your lateral stiffness limits for the size of the columns/walls as well as the vertical load resistance demands. This example is based in tweaking the pre-sized columns in order to satisfy the torsional sensitivity demand of EN1998.
