Simulated Engraving with GH

This image is a composite, but utilized several GH definitions to create the engraving-like linework. Each line in the drawing is actually a lofted surface, varying in width based on the brightness values of an underlying image. The pointed towers themselves were treated with one definition, and the clouds used another.

Interesting are the colours which seem to appear in the size reduced image, or is this just my display?

The next step in the process is to laser engrave/CNC mill some physical blocks/plates, and run real prints from them :) Maybe once I've got that going I'll put them on the market...

You should sell prints!

view this one full size for the full effect, there are some strange artifacts from the size reduction.
