New Finches GIS scripts

We now have a python script component for importing ESRI shapefiles directly into Grasshopper. This is the entire city lots shapefile (over 200,000 polygons) imported directly into Grasshopper, retaining GIS attributes for each parcel. This one was pretty big, and took about 3 minutes to import. the code has not yet been optimized.
