i've done it in grasshopper alone, the trick is to find the repeating module

in this one i made a peace of the unit and mirrored it to get the module

u can find the definition on my blog

also there's this thing called hankins method, u can look it up

well, i am wondering if u have used any other plug in for grasshopper to get this, or purely from grasshopper alone? I have work this out but cant get this awesome. nice work!
