great cover... nearly like 3deluxe bookcover. tried to script it, but guess somehow doenst work.

He Nathan. Basically you can put any meaningful formula inside the function component to translate the distances (in this case) to the desired approach. I used "500/x³" by empiric tial and error ;) so play a bit and you'll find what you want.

beautiful script! I have been trying something similar with the definition pictured in my profile picture. In the beginning i couldn't script out how to use attractor points to have a variation of panels with some more closed up and some more open. From your work I can now see how it could be implemented in my definition! However, I have your script replicated but what formula did you use in the f(x) function towards the end to exaggerate the difference in the multiple scaling factors? thanks again.

Hey Tom. For handing it to the laser cutter I just managed it within the colour code demanded (no trimming needed just red/blue lines). But I will improve the thing soon for manufacturing the final booklet. Stay tuned - Patrick

This is beautiful! i tried to replicate your script but how do you finish the surface without manually trimming the holes out?
