Hi James,great work!!
I have been interested in your project for a long time about the "Ecotect-Excel-Grasshopper Data Matching" process. You mentioned you use "Read File" component, and we all know that the "Read File" cant read a .xls files direacly. So I wonder you transform .xls to .csv or .txt ?If not,I think you probably use Luis's script component ?I tried to do something with Luis's great GH script to make it work with Excel 2007 ,it does't work.If this is the case, I would be very happy if you are kind enough to share with us your script. Thanks in anvance.

Hi Tom,

Sharing this file is impossible because we were hired by KPF to produce it and it really is too big to share! If you tell me more about what you would like to gain from it I could try and send you something similar.

Hello Milan,

We imported the Ecotect data using the 'Read File' component and then used the 'Text Tag 3D' component to display the data on the corresponding panels. There is also a 'Text Tag' component that works similarly. We did this to double check the value placement.

Hi,
can I ask you, how to get numbers next to the segments of facade in viewport? There is no component in GH (as i know) so it is probably done by VB/C# isn't it?
