I used weaver for getting the catmull-clark-process, to smooth the whole thing. With grasshopper I created a 2d voronoi and then i did the curve offset-command with gym... sorry for my english! ;)

Why laugh? I think is really good from an urbanistic point of view...
How exactly did u use Gem Gym? I suposse u used Weaver to trim te whole voronoi surface?
