Artyom, Yes, there are a few PVC pipes that helped to stabilize the structure. The Coroplast from China was a bit more elastic that the Coroplast that I had tested in the US. We also had an issue with the zip ties being pulled tight enough so it was a bit weaker than we wished.

Looks great! Especially from the top view) Is it possible to have a look at some close up photos or schematics of the connection knots between panels? I see there are some extra elements, are they for better rigidity?

All these pieces have been cut from a flat Coroplast panels?

Coroplast 4mm thick and some zip ties. The whole thing weighs around 125kg.
