Yes that's exactly it! Ines and Anna helped us with grasshopper because they already knew the program. In our school we can have external help. They were part of the team that would help us on grasshopper but they showed us the bases. 

They had accounts on this website and sometimes we use their accounts directly to ask questions to the community.
