This membrane is very interesting and funny ;) this picture make me feel like a mouse inside a snake ^^

Yeah, this was the final model from our group at the AA/CCA Biodynamic Structures Workshop in SF. You can see the wires and runners which are supporting the composite membrane. These were activated and extended by custom linear actuators linked to an Arduino that was run by Firefly such that the membrane was expanded and contracted in relationship to proximity sensors arrayed around the model. I'll post some more descriptive photos.

We can see some wires in reflection floor, can you tell us more ?
