algorithmic modeling for Rhino
nltk is neat. Here's a link. Also interesting is gensim, which can create a similarity measure between bodies of text.
It is a pretty mature project. So you will find something using a search engine. There is also a book on nltk.org/book
Never heard of nltk before. But seems interesting! Do you know any examples of nltk?

Good remark! A stop word list makes it easier to filter words without a bigger significance.
Why did you decide against a stop word list?
