Share 'tangent to curve'

Hello Evereybody, I have a problem … Is there any posibility to draw a line from a List of points to a List of curves, circles or like in my case Ellipses!? Point and Ellipse are in the same plane! There is the command „draw tangent to“ in Rhino, but is there a possibility to do this in GH? I see the problem that every circle or Ellipse has to possible Tangentpoints to every Point in same plane.…
