Share 'multiple input parameters in Point XYZ components'

I am trying to dynamically update an X input on a point component with multiple input numbers. So imagine i have a source that generates 5 numbers and i want all of these numbers to become input for a X parameter of the Point XYZ component. Is that possible? I dont want to enter them manually. I am rather interested in connecting each one of the 5 source numbers into the X slot. thank you
