Share 'Remove buildings from curve'

Hi, I have some buildings I would like to remove from a curve, that makes my water. I have used crv CP --> smaller --> or --> dispatch. It removes buildings, but not the closest and in a random order. Can anyone tell me what to do???? And can anyone tell me why some of my grasshopper files have a lock symbol on it?
