Share 'loft-problem'

hello together I have a surface, which I have scanned with the divede domain  and the subsurface (isotrim). Now i would loft the upper line with the bottom line. The problem is the loft-objects rotated. How do I get that they no longer are twisted? I hope you can help me. the grid the loft-objects the circuit
