Share 'How to get continuous panels from two surfaces?'

Hi guys! I am working on a roof containing a plane and a funnel-shaped surface. I tried to panel it with Grasshopper and Paneling tools. Both programs panel it as two separated surfaces and the two grids do not blend well. How can I create a grid that covers the two surfaces as a whole? Any suggestions are appreciated!
