Share 'surface division - orthogonal in elevation'

Hi, i stared with standard division but know i want to check how it would work if  surface division will be orthogonal in elevation. a can make this division with intersaction of loft and plans but i dont have idea how to change this lines in to divided surface.  Please give me a hint
