Share 'circle into squares and hight changes'

Hi, I faced with difficulties when were trying to change circle into square in grasshopper.... Could somebody help me, please, with this...it seems I stuck with this problem and also how to make the hight of the extruded elements vary, i.e. to make a curve along which the changes of the volumes could be done...   Thank you, Eva
